I really had a hard time with Wlise and Layla, I didn’t like the writing and how the plot line was buried under the forbidden lovers vs being entwined with it. I think YA just isn’t my bag anymore

I loved the premise of the book and the relationships between the characters. But the pacing made the middle third feel like a bit of a slog. Either way it was an enjoyable read

the vampire renaissance keeps getting stronger and lesbianer and I hope it never stops!!!

This was not my cup of tea, which is disappointing, but I'm on board with this author so I'll pick up future releases.
