both parts of this were really interesting and fun to read!

for the first part, it was cool to see how the original idea behind tbhk has evolved, along with the art style - while the art in both stories here had the same unique character as the art from the main series it definitely wasn’t as polished. i also have to say this made me kind of nervous as foreshadowing for how the main series might end 😓

my dear living dead was also really cool, the setting was fascinating and the way the story ended was wild. the art was also really interesting in this one, the linework was a lot less bold than tbhk and it gave it a really unique look. once tbhk is done, whenever that may be, it would be really interesting to see the authors expand this short story into a longer series and explore that world more!

This is 2 different stories so quite hard to rate. First part is with the usual hanako characters and second part is a one-shot. i found both enjoyable

seeing the original tbhk was so refreshing! i laughed so much and the pacing was more my style… but my dear living dead stole the show for me. how do you present such emotion and moving art with such a small amount of panels? it was so snappy and so striking, it made the story and art all the more breathtaking.
