I am emjoying the story a lot and am much more invested in their relationship now. I love the history and knowing the author is a historian and doing things accurately and the FMC noticing oh this is different than I thought - was really cool! Just felt a bit long and slow. Looking forward to last one and to watching the show!

Did not enjoy as much as the first one, but still a wild ride into the past.

Oh once again one of my favorites! Enjoying my annual reading!

This installment of the series is simply amazing. The historian in me is very jealous of Diana! Spending time in the past and meeting those who are legends in our own time is just fascinating. As the story of Matthew and Diana progresses it is impossible not to get swept up and want more!

Oh how I love this series, it may be a part nostalgia as I read the first one when I was like 14 years old.

But every reread I still love it and notice it more and more details. That could also be because the book is quite long and it’s almost impossible to remember everything that happens after 1 read.

I love the dynamic of Matthew and Diana and the way they go about to solve their problems. I love the way historical characters are put into it. Being their own character but recognizable at the same time.

I will always recommend this series for people who like a good fantasy read with romance in it.
