I think this volume was one of the better once, because the writer remembered, that he actually has story to write. That did, however, end up with him just putting in a bunch of plotlines and somewhat finishing them, so it was still not really good and the only interesting part was that big piece of text between part 9 and 10.
Also, we grazed abelism as a new trigger warning for the series, because this is such a fun manga.
