What a beautiful fairytale. 

it ends in the way many original fairytales do, with a bittersweet kiss rather than a happily ever after, but Olivia’s tale is so beautifully tragic you can’t help but love her

I really enjoyed this story! It's rare to have a main character with a disability that isn't "goody-goody" all the time! I enjoyed watching Olivia struggle with her disability, AND BE MAD ABOUT IT! 

Plus there's ghosts which is pretty cool!

The way everything tied together was phenomenal. It feels like coraline but more grown up and with more at risk. Beautiful writing wrapped itself around a story that felt brand new in a familiar way. The narrator being mute was an interesting way to tell the story, and it helps the readers feel her frustration at every new turn.
