I really enjoyed most of this book. Apparently I like books about hiking and I would love to read more stories with this theme. I also liked the protagonist a lot. Ashley is smart and resourceful and just really cool. I did not enjoy the ... injury part. Almost DNFed it halfway through because I didn't know if I could stomach it any longer. But it got better, and I'm really happy I finished it. It's really a quick read and I even got quite emotional at the end.
