If this was presented as a close study of three women and their personal quirks, circumstances, and traumas, it would be an interesting, small-scope work. Instead, it was billed constantly as a study of female desire in its entirety. This basically spoils the whole book, as you're constantly expecting it to be something that it's not.

i read it a few months ago and lowkey forgot how i felt about it pre sure i thought it was interesting but like clearly nothing left too much of an impression on me i think it was a solid book if remembering correctly
