a really good book!! i loved it, the storyline, the characters, the writing, the descriptions! but there were two things i didn't like.
first of all, sometimes things seemed a bit too convenient, like luck or God or whatever was on their side all the time.
the second thing was the ending. after the first climax, the rest of the story seemed a little bit like they wanted to fill the pages.
however, it was in general a really good book and i enjoyed it a lot.
i surely recommend it to anyone who likes historical fantasy :)
(excuse any mistakes, english is not my first language)

I really enjoyed this book.
This continues Ezio's story as he and the assassin's trying to deal with the Borgia and the Templars.
I really liked the characters and seeing what was going to happen with all of them. There was one character that I really thought was going to betray the assassin's but I am glad that he wasn't but was playing the Templars.
The story was so fun and really enjoyable to read. It was action and fast paced enjoyable read.

This book was so badly written that while reading it I became incredibly detached from the world, story and characters.
Picking up exactly where AC: Renaissance left off Brotherhood is a very hastily put together mess of a story that doesn't really know what it's trying to achieve. And honestly gets worse and worse with every page turn. And I'm actually more impressed than anything else, at the sheer level of stupidity.
Now I don't really expect much from a book based on a video game, but the fact that cohesion wasn't even attempted is almost insulting to the reader.
Absolutely ridiculous.

This was well written. The passing was boorishly the fights were well written and I loved how this book used Leonardo De Vinci as a well written character that contributed well to the plot rather than being a gimmick with a satisfying end to the character. I loved how women were used and how they acted like women and yet all of them were well written. This book more than satisfied me!

Quotes:
'There is never a feather lost by a sparrow that is not brushed away by the finger of God.' - Mario Auditore, p60 [though this originally part of a quote of Thornton Wilder]
As much as to expect from another Assassin's Creed book. It was enjoyable and easy to read, though it also wasn't too exciting simply because I know the storyline so well. I often wonder how readers who have not played the games fare with these books. Unfortunately I don't know much more what to say...
