LOVED IT HONEY… Malice malice malice.. this book here honey within the first chapter the girl pissed herself because she was told to kill a guy it was either him or her and she pissed herself and the guy who put her in the predicament told her I’ll fuck you in a puddle of piss and the guys blood if he had to…then she killed the guy by stomping his feet in his head which is important but loved it I was CLUTCHING MY PEARLS

I have a love/hate relationship with this book.
I'm all for the alphahole/ gritty/ mobsters angle.
But I'm annoyed that the mysteries of the book didn't get solved. What about her mother? What happens with Vicky? Does Cora eventually get killed? I would have liked to have seen more healing too. It's not like sleeping with Juliet magically makes the three of them heal. This is a really good start, but as a reader, I need more. I need to know what happens.

So, I just finished it, and I’m a ball of emotions. My favorite parts were the ones with Grams. They felt real, sentimental, raw. The name-changing stuff (is he Nick, Nicholas, or Malice?) Actually ripped me out of the immersion at times, like i had to stop and think “why does this person get that name?” Or “why is she still calling him that?”. Anthony is a love, Williams is interesting. I do feel like more could’ve been done with William considering the history with Juliet, but overall it was a great read. Quick, binge-worthy, steamy as hell, and good writing.
THIS FREAKING BOOK. This is a dark romance. mafia, why choose book so if you don't like those things, this isn't for you. Be warned.
