Sooooo of the ones I've read in the series so far, I liked this one the least. I'm gonna be honest, I thought that Felix was a little bit unsufferable as a person and too much of a flirt, and I generally don't mind miscommunication within romance novels, but in this one it was so annoying that they wouldn't just say to the other one that they wanted to be in a relationship together! I just started to get annoyed with this one and was ready for the book to be over, while the rest in the series I wanted another few chapters. Definitely won't be re-reading this one (when the others I might).

It was cute. I just feel that I couldn’t connect with either character.

saxon james i love you and everything you write but if a man played and sang an original ukulele song professing his love to me i would kill myself
fast-paced

2.5 stars.

This had a lot potential. It could have been so good, but the constant miscommunication and misassumptions were annoying and felt lazy. The desired conflict could've been achieved in a more interesting way.

It's a readable romance and the narration was brilliant; definitely recommend the audiobook.
