These are just getting worse and worse. They started off fine, and I like this FMC better than the last one, but they’re all the exact same plot and characters just rehashed. And there are a lot of typos, and the sex scenes are starting to get boring. Very obviously written by a straight woman who hasn’t talked to gay men about sex (or she has, but she prefers to write a “basically no preparation required” fantasy). Just once I would like to read a book about sex that’s realistic.
the romance in this might be my least favourite. roman(i refuse to call him banger bec what kind of nickname is that?) and nik seem to be not fully part of the family. bridget has known the other guys longer so it would have been better if she had more time with the ones she doesn’t know.
the pet names are are still gag inducing! wth is baby love? i screamed recited all pet names in all the duets out of frustration to my sister yesterday and she asked why i was still reading them. simple bec it entertaining and eye rolly.
i have a lot of critics about these ppls abilities, the villains and the plot in general in all the duets. however it is a brain dead just vibes series so it is what is.

do i understand why the mayor of a small town who hates his son has decided to wage war against him?? no not really. did i eat this shit up like i was starving? of course i did!!!!!!!!
