This is the second time, I feel like it's good to revisit it from time to time whenever you feel stuck in a rut or dissatisfied but you can't put your finger on why. I find the central premise to be quite simple but also powerful, if you can find a way to incorporate it into your own life. And in any case, I found all of his anecdotes very interesting.
