Interesting content. They keep forgetting who they are and having to figure out who the are all over again after 48 hours.
Uhg. Why are they doing this to us?! As you would probably guess, this part of the series just leaves you with even more questions. It provides a few answers, but certainly not enough. This is definitely the typical "middle child". If you were hooked from the first few chapters of this series, my guess is that you'll simultaneously love and hate this installment.
Good luck! In hindsight, I wish I could have held out until all 3 novellas were released before starting.

I hate Colleen Hoover...so I ban myself from reading her books for a while. And if I do, I prepare myself for a hate read then I end up sort of half-loving it? So then I give her another shot without hate reading and I realize all over again that I HATE COLLEEN HOOVER.
Part two of never never answers nothing, except we now have a name for the shrimpy looking girl.
Note: I would like to redact a statement from a previous review that these books are a ploy for cash money. I've since read Ms. Hoover is in a contract that doesn't allow her to release novels with other people, so that's why they've done a novella style with this and charge the bare minimum legally allowed...see starting to like her again....

Sorry for all the other lovers of this. Still a 2 star read. More questions - no answers...
OMG! I can't even... this story... WOW!
I read part one as soon as it came out and obviously did the same thing with part two. This is beyond amazing! I soaked up every word written, I found myself lost in the story, my mind racing, thinking what the hell is happening to the two of them... The world around me just shutted and a new one oppened.
The idea of these two authors together, the result of them co-working - best idea ever.
I can not wait patiently enough for part three, I so want to know who and what did this!

MORE? MORE! @ P.S. I love that book!
THE WORLD: I really want to say it is just like we know it but at this point I am not sure. There might be magic involved in this book, it is just so mysterious that I actually have no idea.
CHARACTERS: There are two main characters in this book: Charlie and Silas. Every chapter is actually titled with their names and it determined who's POV you are reading, I think in this book it works really well. Okay so as the cover suggests Silas is more of a center in this book. He is just as before really: funny, romantic, confident and just a very likable guy. He also loves Charlie very much. It is kinda hard to talk about the character without spoiling the end of the first book so you just gonna have to believe me that he is somebody you will like. I really cannot image a reader who would say ewww nah Silas is meh. Charlie as I already mentioned does not play much in this book, we rather get so see her from Silas POV more than in her own chapters. If you remember I did not like her much back in the first book and that did not change now either. She is just reckless acting out teenager, something I cannot stomach. Additionally, we get to know better also Landon - Silas brother. Oh boy oh boy for some reason I think Landon is really handsome. He is also a really loyal brother which I just loved. Jup, Landon is truly a golden extra to this book.
LOVE: Silas and Charlie are in love. Actually I think this comes from Colleen Hoover part because she always manages to create this crazy in love couple that normally would make you puke but nope not in her book. For some reason in her books you just love the couple. No idea how she does it but Colleen Hoover is a genius.
PLUS: The first book felt like contemporary with mystery elements but in this book things really start to take off and oh my it was crazy. This book is advertised as YA contemporary but at this point I would call it a thriller!
MINUS: Why do they have to be this short?
OVERALL: I already have the third and final book of the series open on my Kindle. Jup, going to finish the series right after I am done with this review. It is that good!

WHAT????? The thing is I finished the first book this morning, then quickly gobbled up this book. Now I have even more questions, and really not that many answers. Probably the biggest question is why did I love this book so much, when I still have no idea what is going on??? I'm just really enjoying the reveal, the slowly peeling off the layers of information, and then throwing in a big fat twist! It's a next book ends with the words to be continued, I'm going to go crazy. Is it January yet???
