LIKED - This was a charming paranormal cozy mystery that served as a palate cleanser from a much heavier book that I am currently reading. Was this a great book? No, it was not. But in spite of all its flaws I liked it and it left me smiling at the end. I loved all the characters, even the dead ones.
DISLIKED - My biggest beef, however, was the way the police investigation of the murder was handled. The investigate police officer's behavior bordered on illegal and unethical. The author tried to pass it off as a small town cop thing, but there was nothing cute about it. Also, the more time passes the more it bothers me how much our MC ignores red flags, lets people walk all over her and has no boundaries.
