A nice beginning reader that gives some basic information about the Flash such as how he got his powers and what those powers are.
This is a Step 2 reader recommended for preschool to grade 1. It uses short sentences, basic stories, and easy vocabulary. I think this adequately describes this book. Sometimes beginning reader recommendations seem off, but this one seems like a good match.
As with many Step 2 readers, this one doesn't really tell a story, just gives the reader a basic introduction. Still an interesting read. A few DC villains show up (shout out to Harley Quinn!). The pictures were fun and interesting, not so simplified that they were boring. Good way to engage young readers.
Overall, a good beginning reader for superhero fans.
