I genuinely can't tell if i liked this or not so I landed on a 2.5 lol
This was so quick and engaging in the beginning and I usually love jumping between characters and scenes but it took a very weird and borderline confusing turn in the second half. I found myself having to re-read the "twists" multiple times to make sure I even understood what was happening. This had a great concept/potential but the execution made my head spin.

This Criminal Minds esque thriller kept me reading into the wee hours of the night (ironic for a book titled Sleep Tight). This was such an interesting read and I truly loved the non linear timeline, the multiple charachter POVs, and the unreliable narrators. I highly recommend this serial killer murder mystery.

I loved watching the story unfold and unravel in this book!
It gets very dark nearly right away, which I love to see, and Markert kept that going throughout with a mix of remembered memories, kidnapped kids, and culty groups.

This book has a lot of really obvious “twists” that I saw coming. But despite that I found it hard to put down and it kept me interested. I feel like the first 3/4 of the book is leagues better than the rest of the book, but I know that endings are the toughest part. Still would recommend, like I said I found it hard to put down.
