4⭐️ wow, i really enjoyed this read. I loved the main character and loved the overall concept of the book. This was a perfect mix of mystery and romance. I also loved the reality tv/HGTV aspect. I wish the ending was a bit more climactic. It seemed like everything was wrapped up super nicely and the big reveal was not all that exciting but I enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend!

This book was a lot better than I was expecting during the first couple of chapters! The beginning was a little slow to build the plot, but overall I loved the hgtv/murder mystery vibes of the book! The romance aspect was lacking a little bit as I just don’t think the connection was shown that much as it could’ve been throughout the whole book and was kind of thrown in at the end which is the only reason why I’d give this book 4 stars. So many unexpected parts of the mystery aspect!! Definitely would recommend this to anyone!

I just could not get into this. I know I stopped very early but it just pained me to keep going. I had no interest, and usually I will at least see some potential with where the book could go, but I didn’t really care or even like the potential plot point and characters.
