I was so happy to not have drama in this book. Still, this plot wasn't anything special, even though I did enjoy reading this book. Also, I liked how Wes was doing better but his behaviour annoyed me a lot at some points.

Même pour du chicklit léger, c'est rendu pénible. La série aurait déjà dû se terminer. C'est tellement répétitif et sans développement.

I made it through listening to 11/12. But the word “slut button” killed it for me. So many eye rolls. Doubtful at this point if I will bother with December.

Mia and Wes head to New York to film a "thankful" segment for her show. She gets to interview Mason Murphy and find out what he's thankful for which is the love of his life, Rachel. He announces his engagement on the show and out Mia as being engaged to Wes who makes an appearance on the show. Mia also interviews Anton Santiago. She then goes out and about in NYC and interviews people about what they are thankful for in their life. Wes and Mia then head to Texas for Thanksgiving with her brother, his family, and her sister and her fiance. It is really lovely to see the love everyone has. Wes is thinking about the future and has gotten Mia to agree to marry him on New Year's Day. The end of this part of the story is her father waking up from his coma.

I'm enjoying the story so much better now that Mia has made a decision and there is more story to the story! (If that makes sense.)

I really like the addition of Max to Mia's world. I also like the new job Mia has going for her and I enjoy reading about her adventures with that.

I'm still curious if we will get answers about her mother...if Max was able to track her down or will that be left an open question in this story. One more book to go, I guess I will find out.

Meh. I'd like to rate it a 2, but it was good. I just hate Thanksgiving. It's a shit "holiday" so they book sucked that it was about thankful shit. But other than that, I really can't complain and that's a small thing, so a 3 instead of a 2.
