tldr: if you have a thousand year old plan to become a god, don’t give your kid a reason to stop you. cause she will.

i loved this. i think the pacing in the beginning/middle was not the greatest, but the ending made me cry. i love my fox girl and her demon boyfriend. i also love the implications that hakaimono was also in love with her, that was great.

Fack, even though the pacing isn't for me, this end broke me

Wow what an incredible ending to the trilogy. I got so attached to everyone and I cried and got mad at my friend for getting me into this mess, but what a beautiful ending. Crazy how there was always one more thing to deal with and there were SO many layers to everything and the back cover is NOT lying when it says no one is safe. Stayed up until midnight finishing it and now I have a huge emotional hangover.

Although I think everyone forgot about the tsunami...

I really enjoyed this conclusion! Heart wrenching at various times, and overall a very enjoyable tale. Rather predictable at times, but not in a way that took the joy from watching the story unfold.
