I got this book for my friend's daughter and the illustrations in this book were stunning. I may r may not cried happy tears while reading this, such a beautiful story. If you're in need of a gift to get a little one, I highly recommend this.

A sweet tale of kindness and caring as ways to "bring light" when it's dark. Coco and her friend Bear are determined to show the other animals that Bear is a great friend, with homemade cookies and lanterns for the darkness. Unfortunately for Bear, the other animals don't trust his intentions-- until he and Coco are able to help a lost adventurer find their way safely home.

Beautiful illustrations and a great message. It's one I shared in storytime last year and plan to use again this year.
