A Nice Tall Drink of Tattooed & Sexy!

Mickey Miller knocks it out of the park (Jake Napleton style) in Bartender with Benefits providing an insightful and refreshing glimpse into the male perspective on romance. Mason is the intimidatingly intriguing bad boy behind the bar but that image never fools Clarissa who has the looks, the brains, and the hots for a certain misunderstood childhood friend. When an intense game of make believe blurs the lines between fantasy and reality these two will discover that sometimes all you really need is a well-timed (body) shot.

What happens when you need to get a loan and the bank looks down on you because they think you are not worth the risk? Mason ends up putting together a business plan with your best friends sister Clarissa who happens to be a brainiac. But when the old lady at the bank gives you the loan because she thinks your business partnership is more of a romantic one, you end up in a fake relationship. But when Clarissa wants the fake romance to have benefits sparks fly and feelings from their youth come into play, can Mason continue with no strings? Or do they both invest their hearts into the partnership? With beautifully written characters and a storyline that keeps the reader’s attention from the opening pages, once again, Mickey Miller does not disappoint.

While the writing, characters, storyline, and editing were terrible, this book provided my friends and I with hours of laughter.

Mixing it up tall and strong

So I read the first book in this series and absolutely fell in love with Clarissa and Mason so much that I read their story right after and I was not disappointed this was such a fun story. The chemistry between Mason and Clarissa was so phenomenal and off the chart. Now I can't wait to see how the other friends found their own HEAd's.

Fun Sexy book and I loved reading it. The story line kept me entertained and I really wanted to know how they would make their partnership work without going all the way. The desire and heart was there and described perfectly. Some of the dialogue threw me off.The dialog was stiff and at times seemed forced. A lot less casual and relaxed than I expected. That said I still wanted to get to the end and I wanted to have the HEA I seek. Mickey Miller wrote a story that is exactly what I love to read.
This is my first book by Mickey Miller book and I fully intend to read more.
I enjoyed the plot and the sexy parts are fantastic.
