Another nostalgic read. This was my favourite of the Girls in Love series and my heart broke for Ellie just like it did when I read it the first time.

My favourite in the girls series as I suffered with eating disorders when I was younger and could and can still empathise with Ellie and her troubles. I think that this book has probably become more relevant as the years have gone on as body image has become an all incompassing issue for pretty much everyone. This book also has themes of friendship, family and love which I think teenagers and young adults would also find compelling.
