If Lauren’s not covering my therapy bill, we’re gonna have a problem.

I genuinely do not understand how 220 pages can make me sob that hard, I knew how it would end and everything. The fact that we not only had to relive Dena’s death in her pov but then had to see it in Mak’s 🥲.

I Loved Adena and Mak story so much. OMG I'm crying again why Lauren she needed a happy ending. I highly recommend this novella it should be read in tandem with powerless. Definitely a five-star read.
