In book 1, the author set up the trouble. In this book, he begins to reveal the depth of what the Arch Baron actually faces in his baronies. This is a wonderful continuation of the story that began in book 1, and I look forward to book 3 to see how these threads continue to be woven together, and what the final tapestry will look like.
