I'm a little underwhelmed. I guess my expectations were very high and that's always a recipe for disaster



that said, I loved Kaz' intelligence. It was a breath of fresh air to see how a character can be smart, without the author saying that he is. He just was and showed by everything he did.

I have fallen in love with this book. The characters are rich, complex, and diverse; the world building is full and relevant to character and plot; and the dialogue and POV is well crafted and considered. Would definitely recommend.
