***WILL UPDATE WHEN I READ THE OTHER STORIES****

❤My first review is for Scorched Ember by C.E Lashua.

Ember is a wedding photographer that was working for a Bridezilla. Suddenly, a fire happens and she ends up in the hospital. She is caught between two of her former best friends. Uggggh! That's where it left off.

Whoa! This was such an intriguing start to this upcoming series/maybe standalone. The vibes I'm getting is maybe (hopefully)a MFM, maybe MMF and I am so for it. I was hooked from the very beginning. Definitely, would love to see more of what happens in this story!

I have been provided with a copy of FEARLESS: A Charity Anthology from the author for an impartial review. This box set is comprised of excerpts, short stories, and novellas. Some of the stories are part of other series or will later be published and expanded at a later date so before you start you might want to see what the deal is with the story. The excerpts included are The Wolf Whisperer by M.J. Marstens, What the Hell by A.J. Macey, Bad Ra by Rosemary A. Johns, Hell Bound by Cate Corvin & Melora Francois, and Scorched Ember by C.E. Lashua. The rest of the stories included in this anthology are Cursed & Clawed by Cali Mann, Rise by Ginna Moran & Elie Waters, Dead Wrong by Jacquelyn Faye, Insurrection by R.L. Caulder & M. Sinclair, Dark Descent by Imani L. Hawkins, For Whom the Bell Tolls by Katie May & Ann Denton, Real or Fake by Melissa Adams & Mia Harlan, The Climb by TL Hamilton, The Villainess Survival Guide! by Whimsy Nimsy, Briar’s Mercy by Rachelle Bonifay, Prima's Foil by K.B. Wheelock, Crimson Alpha by Jewels Arthur & Jenee Robinson, My Dandelion by Elle Lee, Ashwood Outcast by Jenn D. Young, Family Tree by Katherine Isaac, His to Hoard by KZ Merlin, Broken Freedom by Dolly Kalasin, Luna by J. Grace, Her Sherwood Bandits by Roseyk Klayborn, Ash: Burning Bridges by Luke & Z. Xanxar, Much Ado About Witches by Rory Miles, Sunny With A Chance of Bigfoot by Emmy Dee, Instinct by Lucy Felthouse, Tidal by Maya Riley, and Unworthy by Raven James. I’ll update my review as I finish each title.

I’m not quite sure what to make of this title. It’s a short story that I believe had the potential to be a really great story. I just think that with the length it just didn’t succeed. I was just confused at times with the pace and everything that was going on. I believe that if the author decides to expand the story that some of the issues could be resolved. I understand how difficult it is to bring a great story to life in just a few chapters.

Tidal by Maya riley was short and sweet and beautiful, I love how the main character got over her fear of surfing after a accident left her petrified, I loved how one mans love and patience helped her overcome her trauma

This anthology was fantastic filled to the brim with amazing stories from even more amazing authors. I couldn't get enough.

Scorched Ember by CE Lashua: Flynn, Ember and Nathan these three are burning up the pages and I am dying to get more of their story. You can feel how much these three care for one another and just in this little sneak peak my heart broke for Ember and her pain and emptiness she has in her heart. I can feel that she's not whole. We get just a little taste in this antho and I cant wait for more
