Back story of a peripheral, yet important, character in the Black Hammer universe. It's about a father trying to make up for lost time after putting his heroics ahead of his family.

I think this might be my favorite of the Black Hammer spin offs. The artwork is fantastic. And as always, Jeff Lemire's storytelling is just beautiful. Make sure you have tissues handy when you read this one.

basically follows the jeff lemire comics formula (melancholy meditation on daddy issues!) but hey I LOVE IT EVERY TIME
