Part of me wishes that it was longer because it was good.

Out of all the new team titles, this is not the one I am most excited for. However, it was an interesting read and Laura makes a fantastic Wolverine. The art is pretty great too.

El argumento es bastante interesante, pero muchas veces no sabes bien si estas en el pasado o en el futuro.

This was really awesome.

Cyclops has kind of gone off the edge. He is hanging out with Magneto if that tells you anything. His old friends back at the Jean Grey Institute (because Xavier seems to be resting in peace for reasons you would just have to read about) can't seem to get him back on the right side of the fight.

So Beast has this great idea where he went back in time (because he had a time machine laying around) and visit his former self and comrades and convince them to come help show Cyclops what he has become by seeing what he used to be.

You would think that there would be some big problem with your former self and current self seeing each other and changing the time frame and changing the past and what not, but they don't really seem worried about it.

Jean Grey kind of goes crazy because she's, you know, dead in the future. She kind of takes charge, which is different from the first comics of the X-Men series. She was very focused on other things and just liked being a part of the group in the originals. I kind of loved it.

I should hate the wonky space time continuum stuff here... but I love the O5 together here all friends and not super fucked up.

This is the story of the younger versions of the X-men who were brought forward in time by Hank (yes that is such an X-men story). I don’t love all of it, some of it is rather convoluted, but the newer issues (#32+) where the original X-men has been sent to the Ultimate’s universe are really good. And they got Mike Morals as Spiderman in them so that is a huge plus in my book. In general the original X-men’s reactions to the 616 universe as of current continuity is what makes this story work. Iceman is so adorable in this series. Bendis’ voice for the characters is what makes this work, because it might as well have been the stupidest idea ever.

Oh Hank, you're such a clever dummy. And just when you think they can't stretch out the Summers/Grey drama any further, they invent a new way. Gotta love it. :D

Still way better than it needs to be. The pacing felt a little uneven here and there, and I don't know enough lore to understand what's up with Angel, but the inclusion of Mystique is interesting and Jean Grey's character is going some really interesting places.
