Getting back to a world I absolutely adore was wonderful! I first read ACOTAR last year and I started to dearly miss the whole series. I’ve always wanted to try dramatized adaptions of audiobooks and I really liked it. The voices fit the characters in my head so well and the background noises helped me to immerse myself into Prythian.

I can’t believe I actually fell in love with Tamlin again, even more than the first time.
Can’t wait to fall out of love with him and back into love with Rhys, though!
I DESPISED Nesta this time, even though I know I actually really like her.

Just the first book hits different after having read the whole series. It’s delicious listening to all the small lines foreshadowing not just the ending of the first book, but also preparing the listener for what’s to happen later in the series. I couldn’t wait for the second part, so I had to immediately start the next one!

Wow, what an experience. Looking forward to listening to the rest of the series once they're published!

Meh.
The full cast version is probably better than the original narration of the novel I first read, but this story still makes me ugly sigh and roll my eyes at Fayre's character. Unfortunately, I think this is one of those stories that the cray-cray Rhysand fan-club has completely ruined for me. Pushing on for Part 2 because Nesta is the MVP in my opinion and I'm looking forward to re-reading her story.

I can't stand the fact that Feyre has this back bone of "I'm not someone's left overs" to grinding into him shortly after and then at dinner the next night preening like a peacock in the dress he wanted her to wear the first time.

I've read the spoilers and I'm glad that I am not moving forward in the series. I hate love triangles and I hate that the author turned Tamlin into a negative character. Eff. This.
