What a wild ride! I was completely blindsided by twist. Really liked seeing two unexpected characters turn into hero’s.
I don’t really get the hype. Like at all. But it’s one redeeming quality is the plot twist. Did I see it from the beginning? Yes. Was I worried McFadden wouldn’t take it. Also yes.
Still can’t beat The Boyfriend, but we’re pretty close!
Nina was definitely making me go insane in the first half of the book, but it got much better afterwards and I quite enjoyed it! It’s become a routine to listen to one of Freida’s books whilst cleaning, packing or cooking etc. and it’s the perfect distraction every time
