OH. MY. GOD.
oh my god.
i knew it was going to be good - i’ve been DYING for gavin and daire’s story. but this? exceeded my wildest dreams.
- touch him and die vibes
- not just possessive, but protective
- soft only for him
- bossy bottom

Book 4 of the Park Avenue Prince series is Daire and Gavin’s story and my favorite book in the Park Avenue Prince series.
Daire is the evil, grumpy, possessive yet protective man, while Gavin is the opposite... the good, sunny and friendly guy who makes it his mission to get under Daire's skin. There was always a special connection between them, which became even stronger when Gavin moved in with Daire. They try hard to keep their distance from each other, but the attraction is too strong.
I love these two and I fell in love with Daire when he started showing his vulnerable side and as we learned more about his past. Daire may not be a man of many words but he has his heart in the right place and Gavin knows exactly how to wrap him around his finger

i’m giving this series one more try and this book was okay. daire was genuinely unlikable until 60% in the story, and i’m glad that we actually see him make an effort. gavin was okay, i wish he was more firm because daire was an asshole towards him.
overall, a solid good read if you’re looking for something steamy with the possessive trope!

It's an ok book, but I don't think I'll continue the series. The authors seem to reveal parts of the story casually, making you believe a major plot twist is in store. Only for it to fall flat. It lacks drama, and the only reason why I'm saying that is the story is forbidden in a sense. Daire and Gavin are roommates and Gavin is Donovan's brother. They're best friends btw. Daire goes to Donovan and tells him he wants to sleep with his brother. That's usually not revealed casually. So, when it was said, I thought something bigger was in store. Nope, just spicy scenes and Daire brooding. The series is a good entry for someone who wants to get into dark romance. More specifically dark academia romance.
