"Gavin was light. He was the only one who had ever made an effort to try and drag me out of my own personal hell."

Y'all need to stop being so good at writing these amazing men into existence (by that I mean please never stop) because every book I read is my new favorite.

Luckily there's no law or limit on the amount of book boyfriends one can acquire.

Here we go again, but I truly feel like our grumpy boy Daire and sweet gorgeous Gavin may be my favorite of the Park Avenue Princes.

What happens when one of your best friends' brothers need a place to stay after being a little too overwhelmed with said older brother and his new boyfriend being together all the time? You kind of reluctantly let him move into your spare bedroom. But Gavin Truitt isn't just anybody, he's someone Daire has unknowingly been protective of for a while. Something that Donovan picked up on, but never really got, until he GOT it.

What starts as a grumpy/sunshine roommate situation, quickly turns something far hotter than roommates and when Daire let's his walls down and let's Gavin into his soul, he knows he wants to keep him there, because Gavin is like a light and accepting Daire as he is, is only the start of him realizing that maybe he is worth loving after all.

There is spice, vulnerability, trust and one hell of an epic payback on some bullies that makes this book even better.

Parts of this were actually quite enjoyable once you suspended your belief in reality .

Read this a week ago and forgot abt it already. Don't even know what to rate it. Probably not the highest since I can't remember anything.

My favorite trope

Easily the best book so far.

Daire had amazing character development, it really made me warm up to him. Even Gavin in previous books wasn’t my favourite and I wasn’t particularly looking forward to his book but this gave so much substance to them both and left me so happy.
