This is pretty much a story about a guy that accidentally gets turned into a magical girl, something that he REALLY didn't want to be. Dallas is about 1 step above a NEET. The only reason I say that is because he actually doesn't live in his mothers basement, but in an apartment shared with his roomie. He works at a gas station and is anti-social as hell. All in all, he now not only has to learn how to break out of his bubble, adjust to being a female, and learn how to save the world while wearing the cute magical girl outfit (that he soooooo despises).
