Sometimes his writing here is brilliant and sometimes feels like it’s trying to be but misses slightly and mostly I had no idea what was going on. So two stars for story ridiculousness but the extra star for the occasional brilliance.

Another great book in this series. Irreverently humorous and the sarcasm is thick as usual. The toughest part is trying to scale the five books in the series. I thought the second was phenomenal and possibly better than the first. And perhaps this one (the third) slots in just below the first. Looking forward to the next two. Great books.
