This is as good as everyone says! Even though so many people have read and talked about it, I still didn’t really know what I was getting into and honestly, I’m so happy I didn’t. I think that’s the best way to experience this book. I really, really enjoyed the way the story unraveled.

Wow. I immediately knew this was a 5 star book as soon as I finished it. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since putting it down. The writing was beautiful and thought provoking. The plot was incredibly unique and the world building was really interesting. The fact that this book can be interpreted in many ways makes it special and a different experience for each reader. I can’t wait to re-read it knowing the ending - I bet there were a lot of things hinted at that I missed. What a wonderful mix of fantasy, realistic fiction, and mystery/thriller. I recommend this to anyone who wants a unique read with elements of fantasy, parallel worlds, mystery, and philosophy/psychology.
