Unlock your storybook heart is the perfect book of poetry to read at the beginning of the year and even more so if you feel like you're stuck in a battle - work, relationship, self, etc.

I felt like Lovelace was speaking to me with every word, telling me things I wish I had heard years ago, and will keep repeating to myself for years to come. With love and kindness, she reminds us that we can do anything we want! And she talks about cats and pixie dust. It's a win all around for me!

This one was a stark contrast to the witch doesn't burn in this one.

The book, The Witch Doesn't Burn in This One, was a feminist supporting book. I loved that, but this one was really sweet.

It had a lot of things that were supporting finding your joy. That you should follow your heart and not a paycheck.

This fairytale-esque therapy poetry book is the best thing I’ve read and I recommend this to every fucking body.
