I loved that the main characters is a goblin, and honestly just that fact made up for what is kind of a standard hero's journey/overcoming the rage and desire for revenge. I thought the epilogue was a little unnecessary, and I would have rather we just get some picture of Rikt moving on with his cute little wolf friend and maybe making a new life with other goblins.
