Went back to school and left this at home / couldnโt bring it. Will read properly some time when Iโm at home!
This is the first Agatha Christie book Iโve read since school. I really enjoyed it! But I also guessed it all VERY early.
This book was amazing. Agatha Christie is the Alfred Hitchcock of writing! It keeps you guessing to the very end. It was a great read, and I want to read as many of Agatha's books as possible.

My first and so far my favourite Agatha Christie! I get why a lot of people find him tiring but there's something about the eccentricity of Poirot that I find very entertaining. The women characters were the engine of the novel and all had fascinating points of view, which I thought was especially progressive for the time this was written. I've also been to a few of the key settings of the book and really enjoyed the way Christie utilised them here, and the conclusion was super satisfying. ๐๐๐๐๐
This was a pretty good Agatha Christie...Avery loves them so we listen to a lot of them in the car. I'd say the first 80% was quite good and the last part got a little far-fetched, but that's how they go, I suppose.
