An unsolicited recommendation by a random person in a bookstore. And what a hot mess! Unpredictable because it's simply too bizarre to grasp what's even happening in the first place. If you want to close a book with a "what did I just read" feeling, this is the book for you. Happy reading!

Sometimes it’s nice to read a book that reminds me that art is allowed to be stupid and unserious.

This is my main reason for being a John Waters fan and this book delivered exactly what I expected

Just a pathological liar and con woman try to get by, a man with a sentient member, a mother with an addiction to animal plastic surgery, and a daughter addicted to jumping.

Absurd, dark, disgusting at points but always hilarious. If you know John Waters you know exactly what kind of fever dream ride you are strapped in for.
