Wow! So much heat! Wasn't anticipating that much, but I enjoyed it greatly. Lovely PNW romance!

Both the infidelity and the homophobia are discussed on the page but not shown explicitly. And the main characters do not perpetuate these things as good in any way.
Started funny and I was enjoying it. It quickly moved to the smutty stuff and just kept going. I like romance more of a build up, but that is my preference. I appreciate a writer that can write funny, so I will try to read another book by Reisz again.
This was a nice light and fun fall romance! Quick and to the point and decently steamy, I could have just used a few more Halloween/fall vibes, but I'm excited to read the rest of the series!
You're the queen, Tiffany Reisz!
Having read another book in this series, I felt like I knew what to expect and it was exactly what I wanted at the time. Similarly to the the first I read from this series, it was a quick read, with a lot of sex (more than I usually want given the number of pages, but still awesome), and, mostly importantly, lot of great communication and little angst between the MCs.
I read this for a Halloween themed Drunk Literacy episode that you can watch here: https://youtu.be/ZhkU6H1SkCU
It's a good watch if you enjoy people drunkenly talking about bad smut books lol
It was... not good. The plot was super weak and I absolutely hate second chance romance when you don't get enough back story. Having known each other in high school without much explanation is not enough for me to ship a couple. There were a lot of sex scenes and I generally wouldn't complain about that but the plot was so thin that I barely cared about them. I just really wanted a more well-rounded story.
