Cute story but the first one in the series was better. It felt like it was following the same formula but it seemed less plausible this time. Things wrapped up nicely but it still felt a little forced.

There's a moment that foreshadows a cat being hurt, but the cat winds up being fine. I read the foreshadow hint, so was looking for the moment. IF the cat would have been hurt, I would have DNF'd.

Not as good as book #1 but still a fun read and I'll certainly continue the series if she writes more.
