Long book. Would have liked it a little bit faster in pace

Boring. Forgettable story, forgettable characters, forgettable ending. The title and the blurb are misleading. The supposed love story between the two main characters is not immersive, I am not rooting for them from the start, it’s just plain. Too many side characters with too much irrelevant details make the story boring and I had the urge to give the book up many times during my reading. The author picks up all the imaginable topics existing in the world and tries to tackle them all in one book which makes no sense. It’s all jumbled up. There are so many parts of the book which if you don’t read won’t really affect your understanding of the book and you won’t miss out on a single thing. It was an effort to read this book. There is not a single thing I liked about this book. Predictable ending to various stories within the novel, vague overall ending which did not excite me or made me happy for any of the character. I think it could have been written in a much condensed and better way. The length of the book is not at all justified, whatever the author wanted to say could have been said in mere 200-250 pages and that might have been more interesting.

Me encantó!!!
