I thought this was a very good special edition- it was interesting to learn about RiverClan pre-lake territories and a bit more about Crookedstar's life. As RiverClan is one of the least talked about clans it was exciting to learn about all of these cats that are barely mentioned in the books.
I thought it was really interesting how this time with the whole training in the Dark Forest it was shown as Crookedstar believing that it actually StarClan teaching him where with others they know that it is not StarClan and him finding out and immediately regretting what he had done.
Anyways this book is really good if you want to learn more about Crookedstar or RiverClan!
