There's a straightforward charm to it, which I expected. A bit short, but I think if I wanted something deeper from Lynch I'd just need to watch his films.

Much of it is glowing praise for Transcendental Meditation, which I found questionable (although there were some compelling points made about the benefits of meditation, which I also believe is beneficial - just without giving your money to an organization). Other than that, though, it was good and inspiring to read David Lynch's own words on his creative process, his artistic philosophy and the making of his films, and this book will inform my future creative endeavours.
