I really enjoyed the first third or more, but stopped having fun at a certain point. The main character first person POV is frequently in a hallucinatory state, which makes the already very ornate writing and complicated world building very hard to follow, and im ready to move on.

I don't know that I recommend the audio format for this one. Vico Ortiz does an amazing job, but there's a lot going on and it was easy to get lost. I feel like this is something I want to revisit in the physical form. Still tho, helluva good time.
