Oh my goodness!!!!! I freaking love this book!!!! Holy cow!!!! :) Clare is one of the best YA writers of this century and it definitely shows!!! Somehow she makes fantasy seem real and I love it!!! Will, oh Will!!!! One word... Sexy!!! I absolutely am in love with him, and he isn't even real!!! Holy cow!!!! The plot was amazing, the character development was even better and the romance was steamy!!! Read this book! Now!!!

*UPDATED REVIEW*
There is something about Victorian Shadowhunters!!! Out of all of Cassandra Clare’s books, the Infernal Devices are far and away my favorite.

I read once (a longggg time ago) that Clare wanted to create a “true” love triangle where each member of the triangle loved each other. This is so refreshing and honestly Will and Jem’s relationship is one of my favorite parts of the book. Not only that, she somehow makes both love interests unique and lovable. I have a hard time choosing between Jem and Will, although even from the beginning you know it is Will.

I don’t know what else to say except I REALLY enjoy this series and Clockwork Angel is a great book. Will’s torment is heartbreaking, Jem’s illness is devastating! I love how Tessa struggles with her own identity now that she is able to change, and when she wonders if Will is looking at her or Camille my heart broke for her. There is just so much good stuff in here it’s hard to unpack.

My favorite scene was OBVIOUSLY the kiss

Cassandra Clare is such a talented writer. This was an extremely easy read and was interesting right off the bat page 1. I adore Jem and Tessa!! She’s a great strong-willed FMC that has witty comebacks and stands up for herself in a brilliant way. Skipping my next TBR to read the 2nd book!
