Okay. The first third to half of the book was standard “mystery”, but the main character was just so whiny 😫 The final third was the best. I did like the ending. So that’s why it’s a 3.5 rather than a 3-

I couldn't get on with the book book, I get it she was tired but reading someone being tired was just exhausting.

Excellent ending. I love Lo’s tenacity and the feminism. It was clear without feeling too heavy-handed. This is a solid book that makes me want to read more from Ruth Ware.
