Found this the most original volume of the series. Various creatures all get stranded at an inn and tell their stories.

Probably my least favorite of the series so far, but it still contains stuff very much worth reading. The visuals are always a sight to behold.

One of the better of these editions. Interestingly, not too much sandman involvement, but the stories and the art really were enjoyable. I like how Gaiman can add quirk and interest to a story with simple twists and tugs. The varied backgrounds and illusions that he throws into this edition really make the stories within the larger story (within the larger series) pop.
