Absolute dreck. If you are looking for a book where a collective of self-congratulating authors are mostly ignorant to exploitation, history, and basic geopolitics, this book is an excellent demonstration. But what would one expect from a book written by business school ivory tower people who have never lived in the real world.

Basically the thesis of the book is “we capitalists should be a little less extreme in our exploitation”. A pie in the sky fantasy of the rich of the American Democratic Party or Canadian Liberal Party, completely ignoring their conservative compatriots who do anything they can to deny giving as little as an inch to any sort of “social progress”. Most of the book was written in 2015, hilariously unaware of the coming events of 2020-2023 and the worsening social inequality resulting.

If anything, this book should be used as an example of why business people are not to be trusted in any way, as their deceptive ways have led to the misery of billions. A great example of the wailing of western society in decline. Communism is the future.
