That was a sweet, mostly hopeful book. I expected it to take a dark turn and it didn’t, which I’m happy about!

Easy read. While I enjoyed the story of the book, I felt like there was something missing. Maybe Warren’s perspective, as we’re only hearing Chloe’s the whole time. It may also help with explaining his strong feelings towards her, which I found is rather quick in their relationship.

Mrs. Bonam-Young made a forever fan out of my off the dedication of this book alone!!

But omg, this book was so so good. I got to the last page of the bonus epilogue and just felt so good. Like this book is a warm cup of tea or a cozy blanket on a chilly night. I’m so glad I listened to everyone about how good it was and bought a copy. And now I can’t wait to read EVERYTHING else Hannah puts out.

Chloe and Warren’s journey was so nice to watch. And to see them go from reluctant partners to not quite team members to a united front, in love and then to them being a family unit was the best. Two people who deserved all the happiness and find their partner in one another. Also just thinking about Warren being the only dad Willow will ever know just makes me emotional.

I would’ve liked to see another moment with Luke and Warren after the motel moment, as well as Chloe and her adoptive mom sitting down and working their shit out but I still really enjoyed the story.

The book was funny, heartwarming and emotional with characters easy to root for. Can’t wait to read Next to You soon!

I had seen this book floating around Bookstagram and I kept meaning to add it to my TBR. I saw it was available for a quick loan on my libby app and immediately took the dive.

I absolutely adored this book. Warren and Chloe are perfection. I'm normally not a fan of any books with babies or pregnancy, but this one is more found family vibes as the book starts with Chloe looking to adopt her new baby sister. I actually thought this was adorable and I loved how Warren comes into the picture as the perfect roommate to lover trope kicks in.

This man is perfection. I need not say more.

This was a really cute fast paced read, Hannah is such a great writer!

Chloe is literally a superstar, I loved reading about her journey with Willow 🥹🤍

Warren was sweet too, but I would have loved to see their relationship build a little more foundation before they got together.

Overall super sweet read! 🫶🏼

P.S. the bonus epilogue owns my heart 😭
